Kai Syvertsen, Ph.D.

Dr. Syvertsen specializes in providing therapy and psychological evaluations for adolescents, adults and older adults. His clinical training has provided him with experience in assessment and treatment of numerous psychological problems including addictions, depression, anxiety, older adult issues, and eating disorders.

Another personal area of interest for Dr. Syvertsen is health and exercise psychology.

Dr. Syvertsen earned his Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Wyoming. He trained on internship at Sharp Mesa Vista Psychiatric Hospital in San Diego.

Dr. Syvertsen provides care utilizing the latest research-supported Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a humanistic application.
